Manish Oswal CA
Manish is a Chartered Accountant and also holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune. To further explore his interest in valuation, Manish also became a Registered Valuer under IBBI. He specializes in Financial Analysis, Management Information System and Valuation.
Manish has worked in various service lines in the Audit and Transaction Support services. He gained significant work experience by working with U.S. based global M&A firm Woodbridge International. As Manager at Woodbridge, Manish worked on several Valuation, Due Diligence, Sell Side Engagements and Business Modelling Assignments.
Laxmikant Sarda CA
Laxmikant is a Chartered Accountant and is also IBBI Registered Valuer. His passion for numbers and business analytics led him to specialize in Virtual CFO, Taxation, Financial Modelling and Due Diligence.
Laxmikant worked with Sharad Shah & Co for four years in the Audit and Assurance practice. Subsequently, he worked with Acumen Financial Consultancy where he handled several Due Diligence, Audit and Assurance, Valuation and Financial Modelling assignments.
